Product Overview

The ATXMEGA256A3U-MH is a 8-bit low power high performance AVR Microcontroller features 256kB self-programming flash program memory, 8kB boot code section, 16kB SRAM, 4096B EEPROM, 4-channel DMA controller, 8-channel event system and up to 32 MIPS throughput at 32MHz. The device can be used in a wide range of applications, such as building, climate control, hand-held battery applications, power tools. Four internal inputs include internal temperature sensor, DAC output, AVCC voltage divided by 10 and 1.1V bandgap voltage.
